Our story

I’ve always been interested in health, wellness, and creating a nourishing home environment that supports both my body and my family.

As I became more interested in the health benefits that saunas, cold plunges, red light therapy, and other wellness systems can offer, I started digging deeper into my research. I quickly realized how overwhelming the industry had become. Every brand claimed to be the best. Articles gave contradictory information. It was difficult to find which products actually supported the benefits they claimed to offer and which ones would even fit my lifestyle and goals.

That’s what led me to create Elevation Wellness.

I wanted to create a space that offered real wellness guidance and could point people in the right direction based on their goals. Something people could easily search through and understand what they were buying and why. I wanted to be the person a friend could call when they had questions about wellness systems. I wanted to have the knowledge to offer a friend exactly what they were looking for. 

At Elevation Wellness, we focus on products that support recovery, relaxation, daily wellness, and intentional living at home. But even more than that, we focus on our people. I want to make your experience of researching and learning, designing your space and purchasing your products to be as personable and flawless as possible. 

I believe wellness should feel approachable. Whether you are building a luxury home spa or simply looking for tools to support you daily, my goal is to make the process easier, more transparent, and more personal.

This brand was built from a genuine interest in holistic wellness and a belief that the spaces we live in can support healthier, more intentional lifestyles.
