Installation Services-
Professional installation services are available for sauna products at a flat rate of $4,000 across the United States and Canada.

Due to the size and nature of these products, returns are limited.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your name, order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the product. Our team will review the claim and coordinate with the manufacturer to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, repair, or product replacement.

Products that have been installed, modified, or used are not eligible for return.

For approved returns or warranty-related shipments that require the product to be sent back to the manufacturer for evaluation or repair, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

This product is backed by a 5-year limited manufacturer warranty covering structural components, heaters, electrical systems, and interior elements under normal residential use.

The warranty begins upon delivery and may include repair, replacement parts, or full product replacement if a valid claim is approved.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by external factors such as weather, fire, or power surges.
