This product ships free via freight carrier within the Continental USA directly from Orivon Wellness.

Estimated Lead Times:

• Lumin Infrared Saunas: approximately 15–30 business days.
• Frost Cold Plunges: approximately 15–30 business days.
• Auris Outdoor Saunas: approximately 15–65 business days depending on availability.

We will confirm your estimated lead time after your order is placed and keep you updated throughout the fulfillment process.

• The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
• Delivery is curbside service only and will be made to the end of your driveway or curb.
• Someone must be present to inspect and accept the shipment.
• Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any shipping damage immediately with photos.
