This product ships free via freight carrier within the Continental USA directly from Golden Designs in Ontario, Canada.

• The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
• Delivery is curbside service only and will be made to the end of your driveway or curb.
• Please ensure a large freight truck can safely access your street before placing your order.
• Someone must be present to inspect and accept the shipment.
• Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and report any damage or defects to us within 48 hours of delivery.
• For Hawaii or Alaska, please contact us prior to ordering as additional shipping charges may apply.
Return Policy

We offer free shipping on your order. Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery and are subject to the following conditions:

• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before any return can be accepted. Returns sent without an approved RMA will be refused.
• Unopened items in original packaging: customer is responsible for return freight costs.
• Opened or assembled but unused items: customer is responsible for return freight costs plus a 20% restocking fee.
• Assembled and used products are not eligible for return.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
