Shipping & Delivery

This product ships free via freight carrier within the Continental USA directly from Dundalk LeisureCraft in Ontario, Canada. Dundalk handles all customs clearance and border crossing fees at no additional cost to you.

• In-stock products typically ship within 3 business days.
• Out-of-stock products generally ship within approximately one week.
• An estimated build or ship date will be confirmed after your order is placed.
• The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
• Delivery is curbside service only and will be made to the end of your driveway or curb.
• Most deliveries arrive on an 18-wheel freight truck. Please ensure your location can accommodate large truck access and turnaround.
• Sauna crates range from approximately 6 to 14 feet in length and weigh between 800 and 1,600 pounds.
• Customers are responsible for unloading the sauna crate from the delivery truck. Please plan accordingly before your delivery date.
• Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and report any damage or missing components within 15 days of delivery.
• For Hawaii or Alaska, please contact us before ordering as additional shipping charges will apply.
Return Policy

We offer free shipping on your order. Due to the substantial cost of shipping products back across the Canadian border, Dundalk LeisureCraft generally does not accept returns.

If your item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. Most issues can be resolved through replacement parts or components.

Order Cancellation Policy:

• Within 5 days of placing your order: free cancellation.
• More than 5 days after placing your order: $65 cancellation fee.
• Within 7 days of the scheduled ship date: orders cannot be canceled.

In rare circumstances where a return is approved:

• A 20% restocking fee will apply.
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Products must be returned in original packaging and in new condition.
